Idryonis makes great strides to make our website and products easy to use, but that's not to say we get it perfect everytime. We also value your criticism on our products and services. If you need help, have found a bug, or have comments regarding our website or another product, we have several methods for relaying that information to us.

Please browse the resources and methods of contact listed below and feel free to use them often.

» First, try our public forums.  Posting bugs, questions, and cricisms in the forums allows the entire community to benefit from your question and our response. Plus, your thought may have already been addressed there.

» You can also take advantage of our contact form.  All email from the contact form will be answered by an Idryonis member the same day (except on the occasional weekend when no one is working). On the form, be sure to choose "Web Support" for web-related issues and "Game Support" for game or other product-related issues.

» Visit our FAQ.  This actually hasn't launched yet. Based on your forum and email comments, we will be compiling a set of Frequenty Asked Questions, which will serve as a great resource to our site visitors and supporters.

» Please to not call.  Idryonis is a small company and we do not operate a call center with dedicated support staff. All support comes from the developers themselves. Unless you have a special arrangement with us, we would appreciate you using the other methods to contact us.

An Idryonis team member will reply to every email that comes in.
